Author Information

Bahram Elahi is professor emeritus of anatomy and pediatric surgery, and the author of several medical textbooks. Parallel to his distinguished academic and clinical career, he has been engaged for the past fifty years in lecturing and writing on the philosophy of his father Ostad Elahi (1895-1974), an influential thinker and jurist whose innovative approach to the pursuit of self-knowledge and existential meaning lies at the heart of this work.
