Reviews

From the reviews of the second edition: “This book provides both a background to evidence-based medicine and an easy transition from some of the classical statistics of medical care to everyday practice. … This book will help clinicians of all levels and students of all modalities understand how to put the literature into perspective. … This is an extraordinarily useful book for understanding evidence-based medicine and a pragmatic look at medical statistics. This is a tremendous asset for students who struggle with medical statistics.” (Vincent F. Carr, Doody's Book Reviews, January, 2014)
