He has been Full Professor of Electric Power Systems since 2002. He has taught Networks, Components and Electric Systems at the University of Pisa, where he currently teaches Electric and Hybrid Vehicles. He has authored over one hundred scientific papers in several fields of electrical engineering. DAVIDE POLI received his MSc degree, with honors, and his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pisa, in 1997 and in 2001. He has been Assistant Professor of Electric Power Systems since 2001. Currently, he teaches Power Quality and Power System Reliability at the University of Pisa.
