His research activity deals with the development of number-theoretic models for non-stationary aerodynamics, aeroelasticity, aeroservoelasticity and aeroacoustics, with special reference to rotary-wing aircraft. He is the author of about 250 scientific publications and has collaborations with national and international universities, research institutions and companies, gained also in the context of participation in various EU-funded research programs.
