Giovanni Distefano is Professor of International Law at the University of Neuchâtel and Visiting Professor at the Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (Geneva). He previously taught at the University of Geneva’s Department of Public International Law and International Organization and at the University of Lausanne Public Law Institute, and has also been Visiting Professor at various universities.
