Overview

The book deals with the expansion of criminal law and the use of the instrument of negotiated criminal law. The expansion of criminal law is presented as a consequence of the phenomenon of globalisation, the world political and economic order and the increased complexity of social relations. Despite the criticisms, the book reveals that the expansion of criminal law is inevitable.
