In this book, Babette Donaldson, author, editor and creator of Fun With Tea focuses on what she thinks is one of the most important and healthiest aspects of tea: having fun with teatime! Babette is a well-known tea writer including the books, Fun With Tea Everything Healthy Tea , and a series of tea-themed picture books - The Emma Lea Books. In addition to these books, her essays have been published in two anthologies: The Soul and Spirit of Tea and A Tea Reader . Her tea news articles and reviews can often be seen in World Tea News. Babette's passion for tea is currently focused on education and her greatest pleasure is introducing newcomers to the health and beauty of Camellia sinensis. She is a frequent speaker on the subject and currently teaches introductory tea workshops for community education programs.
