Overview

John and Betty embark on life paths that converge although their personal relationships diverge. Iluska and Yuri from Siberia become an intimate part of their existence. In their struggles to find the true reality of their lives their experiences propel them from known circumstances on Earth to travel in the dark matter universe. Their journey ends on Titan, a moon of Saturn, where their new lives are further impacted by unforeseen events. As their reality expands on Earth Betty's interactions with J'Ark, a clandestine operative of the European Space Agency, only makes her doubt what is real and what is fiction in her life. Appearance of the two Russians at the NASA space Centre in Houston further complicate their lives even before they are ready embark on a great odyssey made possible by John's invention of a revolutionary means of propulsion in space. John's and Betty's internal struggles don't begin until NASA and the ESA use mind control nano-robotics to control the content of their dreaming. This becomes a major factor in his relationship with Betty.
