From Undocumented Immigrant to Immigration Attorney

Overview

From Undocumented Immigrant to Attorney is a must-read that begins by documenting Jesus' personal stories of injustices he witnessed in his homeland of Venezuela during his early childhood until he came to the United States. His family continued to struggle in the U.S., getting detained by ICE agents and almost deported. Determined to help others circumvent the many problems he faced as an immigrant, he decided to become a lawyer, but even that choice seemed insurmountable given his legal status and ongoing struggles. The book documents this dramatic journey of loss and redemption that allowed Jesus to become the successful immigration attorney he is today.
