Author Information

Ann Kesslen has a B.A. in English Literature and Composition from Northwestern University, an M.A. in English from the University of Vermont, and 24 years of teaching experience at the high school and college levels. In addition to having been a production editor for John Wiley Publishers, she has published poetry, articles, and children's literature in Quoin, Best Poets of the TwentiethCentury, Teton Magazine, and Pennywhistle Press. Kathleen Collins has a B.A. in English/Creative Writing from Wayne State University, an M.F.A. in Theatre Arts/Television Writing from UCLA, and over 12 years of teaching experience at the community college level. She has written for Southwest Regional Laboratory for Educational Research and Development and co-written a course for parents of hearing-impaired babies for the John Tracy clinic.
