Author Information

The Author: Dr. Janet Fredericks served as a teacher and principal. Currently she is Associate Professor/Associate Chair at Northeastern Illinois University where she teaches educational administration. She received her degrees from Rosary College and Loyola University of Chicago. Dr. Fredericks completed her postdoctorate at Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She has authored and co-authored books and articles in the field of education.
