This book is about the journey of my life and some of the things that I had to overcome along this journey from the PIT TO THE PALACE.This story may make some of you laugh while others may get a little unsettled and even cry. This book is not written to make you feel sorry for me or to gain any fame, but to give glory to God and to encourage anyone who has been counted out. I want it to give life to those who say that they will never be anything, to break free those who are on the verge of committing suicide. This book is to lift up those who don't know where to turn, those who are looking for love in all of the wrong places, and those children who don't have a voice. This book is for you. This book is to tell a broken and hurting world that God is working on their behalf, and that this too shall pass, and that they too can overcome, if they keep their faith. This too shall pass....

Iesha is a 38-year-old woman who lives in the City of Hartford, Connecticut. She grew up in the Nelton Court projects, which is one of the most volatile projects on the north end of Hartford. Iesha is an ex-member of the 20 Love Gang. Joining the gang was a turning point in her life. Nevertheless, it brought her to her testimony Iesha is now a mighty woman of God with ties to the local community and to local churches such as the Heart of God Healing Center, where she is studying to become a clergy member. She is also an anointed praise dancer, Sunday school teacher, and a wonderful mother, daughter, sister and servant of God, and in writing this book, she is blessed to take you on her journey
