OverviewA first foray into science fiction for M D Bosc Humanity is selfish and self centred, destroying a planet that was destined to die through normal geological processes, but did nothing to preserve its existence reducing their greed or the destruction of the planet. An almost last minute attempt to escape out into space searching for a refuge by the competing economic groups almost runs out of time as society breaks down and a small number of people leave the dying planet. Uranus and Gaia land on a primitive planet and try to help the inhabtants to develope but violence and ignorance hold back any improvements. Conflict within the the way the future is managed by computers, robots and humans has many differing opinions which lead to many problems in management of their existence.
