Each assignment builds on the skills learned previously to lift your social and dating ability to an exciting new level. From Shy to Social helps reserved men overcome social anxiety, improve their social life, and gain the confidence to ask women out. Terrific book for addressing general shyness and fear of approaching women. It may seem like a stretch to go from a stammering nervous wrick with women to actual successful dating, but with the aid of this book and others I was able to do so. There are a few other good dating books out there, but this is one that understands the needs of the shy guy.
The book contains assignments ranging from reducing depression and thinking positively about your future, developing masculine confident body language, making small talk with strangers, conversation skills for parties, and finally how to confidently approach women for conversation.
Most of the assignments contain plenty of examples, including dialogue and conversation topics for bars versus more sedate venues like bookstores.
Highly recommended.
