We focused on addressing some of your curiosity about the legal aspects of how dispensaries operate in the different states and how some of their business avenues came into play. It's been three years, first writing the software, then finding customers, and after many, many modifications finally writing this book. Thanks to our customers and my family.To folks who think I have created a document that is illegal? Well, no, I have not. In the states where Marijuana Use has been decriminalized, each state has laws voted into place by their citizens. Laws for Marijuana use have been approved and enforced. I believe the count is now nineteen, that's 19 states. I did not change the laws, our software keeps our customers in compliance with their State laws. Please review your State's Marijuana Use laws, as we refer to each state later in the book.
