He was born and raised in one of Jamaica's most notorious ghettoes, where he experienced the challenges of poverty and gang violence. Despite these odds, Marlon believed in the power of education and worked tirelessly to earn his high school diploma and later, his accounting degree through online studies.Now a successful accountant, Marlon is passionate about inspiring young adults to rise above their struggles and pursue their dreams. Through his poetry and motivational speeches, he shares his personal story of resilience and perseverance, and encourages others to believe in themselves and their potential to create a better future.
