Darryl Gadzekpo and Ella Phillips have a strong interest in cooking, gardening, and plant-powered foods, which they are eager to share. From growing their own vegetables in their urban garden in London to establishing organic co-ops to bring their community and local farmers together, Darryl and Ella's enthusiasm and hands-on approach is inspirational. They founded the company Electric Future Foods, which puts on cooking workshops and pop-up dining experiences, showcasing healthy and organic vegan food.
