Author Information

William R. Nester is Professor of Government and Politics at St. John's University in Jamaica, New York. He is the author of many books on international relations and several on the American frontier, including The Great Frontier War, The Arikara War, The Epic Battles for Ticonderoga, 1758, and The Frontier War for American Independence. He lives in New York City. The Missouri Biography Series, edited by William E. Foley
