The goal is to show the man that he needs to know the woman to be able to treat her as she deserves; that is, with the particularities that she has and that are not always respected. Incidentally, in terms of particularities, both sexes have their own; but it is worth remembering that this book, without sexism, is dedicated to man. Worth reading and checking out!
