Author Information

NICOLAS WOLZ gained his doctorate with a thesis on the experiences of German and British naval officers during the First World War, and the research for this forms the basis of this new book. Between 2006 and 2009 he was an editor on Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. He now works for the German Central Bank and lives with his family in Frankfurt.
