Eve C. Landau, LL.B. (London) Docteur en Droit (Paris), Diploma of the Hague Academy of International Law, Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung. Professor of Law at Webster University Geneva, formerly also at the Universities of Luxembourg, Geneva, Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv. Former external collaborator of the ILO. She has written many books and articles on International and European legal topics. Author of The Rights of Working Women in the European Community, published by the Commission of the European Communities in the European Perspectives Series. Yves Beigbeder, Doctor in Law (Grenoble), a former WHO official and lecturer at European and North American universities, and for UNITAR (Geneva), is now Legal Counsel for international civil servants. He has written many books and articles on international organizations, the international civil service and international criminal tribunals.
