He is currently a member of the Commission nationale consultative des droits de l'homme (France) and the Director of the Centre de recherche sur les droits de l'homme et le droit humanitaire (CRDH). El Hadj Malick Sow is a Senegalese Judge. He is currently the Coordinator of the Comité Sénégalais des Droits de l'Homme.
