OverviewA fresh look is being taken at the link between higher education and employment, because education is now considered a strategic resource, and the spread of technological progress is generating a demand for increasingly higher professional qualifications. At the same time, certain categories of graduates are still unabel to obtain employment, or have to accept to be downgraded to less qualified jobs.
