Overview

From Desolation to Restoration is a book about my journey and where the Lord has brought me from. God inspired me to write my story so others may be healed and delivered. Although some of the things I have shared are very personal, I have a strong desire to glorify God and let my story be told. God has redeemed me from the pits of hell and saved my life. My prayer is that every person who reads this book will be affected in a positive way. I have been delivered from addiction, abandonment, low self esteem, co-dependency, poverty and a many other things. I pray that my story can serve as a tool to draw others to Christ and bring awareness. BJ Bowman is a woman who has been redeemed from the hand of the enemy. She is a Christian with a lifetime of experience in trials and suffering. She has also experienced the redeeming power of Jesus Christ and desires to share that experience with the world so others may come to know God personally. She has enjoyed writing since she could pick up a pencil and has always loved to be creative. She works for a ministry called Hannah's Haven that helps women to be freed from the bondage of addiction and has ministered there since December 2007. She herself has been delivered from addiction. She is certified to teach through Teen Challenge USA. From Desolation to Restoration is her first book.
