Overview

“Daniel was awakened by the early morning songs of a large number of birds that the sunrise had woken. … The reality of his situation hit home: he was cold and hungry, had nowhere to live and he didn’t know where his next meal was coming from. … Daniel promised God that he would try to repay Him for all His goodness with a life doing the right things from now on. … As Daniel finished praying, he thought to himself, ‘That was a huge thing to promise God!’, but he was determined to keep his promise.”  Despite the miraculous change God brought into Daniel’s life [book 1], Daniel faces the hard reality of his homeless situation. Determined to overcome the many challenges in the path of discipleship before him, one treasure from the few possessions he owns will help him to navigate through – his Bible!
