She is a retired IT sales and marketing executive, innkeeper/owner, and management consultant. She devotes most of her time to riding her bicycles and competing in the State of Florida, State of Georgia, and and other Senior Games--local and national. She is a silver medal winner in triathlon at the 2011 Senior National Olympics and podiums in cycling. She is an active triathlete in Florida and enjoys running, swimming, and walking her dogs when she is not on her bike. She is a gold medal winner in time trials and road races and has represented the State of Florida at three Senior National Games. Sandy Scott, is a retired airline pilot, sky diver, aircraft sales executive, national masters running champion, and all-over Superman on a bicycle! He also has represented the State of Florida in Senior National Games. Together, they have created a contemporary reference manual and great story of surviving and thriving for racing time trials as master athletes. Sandy spends half of every day on a bike. Having shared all of the trauma of a broken neck, every day is a new beginning and is spent cycling and enjoying life in paradise.
