Tamar Horowitz is a professor emerita in Ben Gurion University of the Negev and head of the appointment committee at Levinsky Teachers College. Her research interests include migration, ethnicity, violence, and vandalism.Shmuel Shamai is a senior research fellow in the Golan Research Institute, University of Haifa. He also teaches in Tel-Hai College.
