The question of whether you would be successful and happy living in the country is an important matter and should be addressed. It is true that in large areas of the country, there are limited available utilities, if any, including telephone or cell phone services, electricity, gas, water, water treatment and television. Most rural households must provide at least some and sometimes all of their own utilities. But, such conditions provide you with an opportunity to build your own utilities, which can add significant value to your property. Value creation is the process of applying a vision, a plan, labor and tangible material to building something that has greater value than the sum of its separate components. The degree of success or failure of a business enterprise lies in its ability to create value. The road from concept to market value, the creation process, can sometimes be long and difficult, but it can also be very rewarding and profitable.
