He has published four previous collections with Seren, ‘Suit of Lights’ (2009), ‘Witch’ (2012) ‘Judas’ (2015) and ‘Docklands’ (2019), and has also edited a collection of R. S. Thomas’s poems ‘Poems for Elsi’ (2013). His other poetry books include the co-written ‘Whiteout’ (2006); a pamphlet, ‘Alabaster Girls’ (2015), and the libretto ‘A Mare’s Tale’ (Grey Mare). He is Pro Vice-Chancellor and Head of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at Cardiff University, and a fellow of the Learned Society of Wales.
