Freddy Frog is the chattiest little creature in the pond-he talks to lily pads, dragonflies, even the wind. But his favorite friend is Blip, a tiny, magical glow-creature who only appears at night. To everyone else, Blip seems invisible, and the pond animals aren't quite sure Freddy's stories are real. Blip is terribly shy and afraid to shine in front of others, so he hides during the day. Freddy, determined to help his friend feel brave, dreams up clever, heartwarming ways to make Blip feel welcome-from sparkly gifts to heroic stories. Slowly, curiosity spreads across the pond. One evening, with Freddy gently encouraging him, Blip finally gathers his courage and glows for everyone to see. The animals gasp in wonder as the pond fills with warm golden light. From that moment on, Blip joins the pond family each night, glowing proudly instead of hiding. Together, Freddy and Blip discover that true friendship helps us shine-even when we're scared to glow.
