n autumn 2008 the transformed Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), one of the most distinguished art museums in North America, opened its doors. The museum's greatly expanded collections are displayed in a magnificent new building designed by the world-renowned architect Frank Gehry. Edward Burtynsky is an internationally acclaimed fine art photographer based in Toronto, Canada. His work is the subject of the award-winning documentary Manufactured Landscapes (2006). Robert Fulford is an award-winning author, journalist and broadcaster based in Toronto. He writes a weekly column for the National Post newspaper and is a frequent contributor to Canadian Art.
