He owns Deyrolle, the fabled Parisian institution dedicated to nature, art, and education; Deyrolle is an official partner of COP21 and UNESCO. Emmanuelle Polle is a historian and journalist. She published Jean Patou: A Fashionable Life (Flammarion, 2013) and curated an exhibition on Christian Bérard at the Musée d'art moderne Richard Anacréon in Granville, France, in 2011.
