Mrs. Erica Parker was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She is the oldest of six children but now only has one sister and her mother. Married to Mr. Malcolm Parker Sr., they have 4 children and 13 grandchildren. She loves cooking, taking care of people, and loves talking about her brothers and telling everyone that they truely were her joy.
