He has extensive experience in marketing and trading Agricultural Commodities for Food and Feed needs. His area of operations is West Asia and North Africa. Firdous Ahmad Malik was born in India and is currently employed by the University of People as an Assistant Professor of Economics (instructor), Department of Management. Currently he is perceiving Post Doctoral research at Amity Dubai University. Before that, he was a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) in Delhi, India. Prior to this, he was a senior research associate at the O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonipat, Haryana's Jindal Center for the Global South. From Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Lucknow, India, he received his Ph.D. He has a Master's in Economics from the University of Kashmir and an MPhil in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow. Microfinance, financial inclusion, and financial literacy are his main areas of study interest. He has articles in journals that are Scopus-indexed from Springer, Elsevier, Taylor Francis, and others. Moreover, he has published more than six books which includes the first book on “Financial Inclusion Schemes in India” published by Springer released. His second book, “Financial Behaviour of Urban Destitutes in India,” by Notion Press. Third book, “Health System in Jammu and Kashmir Challenges and Opportunities,” is published by Shineeks. His Fourth book, “Asymmetry of Information and Lending Risk Livelihood Pattern of Street Vendors in India,” is published by Booksclinic. The fifth book, “Linkage Between Interest Rate Policy and Macro Economic Variables Issues and Concerns of Indian Economy,” is published by Booksclinic. The sixth book, “Repatriation Management and Competency Transfer in a Culturally”, is published by Springer. His forthcoming books are Economics of Financial Inclusion to be published by Routledge Publication and Fostering Industry-Academia Partnerships for Innovation-Driven Trade by IGI publication. Microfinance, Development Economics, Monetary Economics, and Public Finance are areas of expertise. To promote research among the upcoming young generation, Dr. Firdous at present is associated with specific international organizations viz. Young Scholars Initiative (YSI). He further keeps on contributing and promoting research by participating as a presenter and along with serving as session chair, review panelists in national and international conferences across the globe. For his tireless contribution to promoting young researchers, he has been awarded by the Jindal Center for Global South two best paper presentations and AIBPM Malaysian conference organizers as a best reviewer award in June 2023. Chanda Gulati is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management working with Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. She has more than 12 years of experience in academics and 2.5 years of corporate experience. She obtained her Ph.D. from Jiwaji University and MBA in HR Specialization from VIT University. She has published papers and case studies in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Sciences and Routledge. She has edited seven books. She is a MOOC content writer for E-pathshala platform of MHRD. She has chaired sessions in overseas conference. She is an active lifetime member of ISTD (Treasurer- Gwalior Chapter). She is member of review boards of many journals including SAJM, Sanchayan, GSSS of Jindal Global University, SAJM, etc. Her areas of interests are human resource management, industrial relations and organizational behaviour. Abhay Dubey is Associate Professor in Marketing at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. He has more than 10 years of experience in academics. Earlier he was employed with Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Gwalior, and Nai Dunia Media Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Event Manager. He has authored/co-authored more than 28 publications in various known International and National Journals and conference proceedings. He has also presented his research papers and cases in more than 15 international and National academic and professional conferences. He has conducted 3 research consultancy projects as Coordinator and Co-coordinator for Gwalior Based organizations like Hotel Central park, Rotary International and Dainik Bhaskar.
