She has received her Junior Research Fellowship (NET) certification from University Grant Commission (UGC), India. She has over twelve years of experience in teaching at various universities across India. She has co-edited two e-books titled 'Emerging Patterns and Innovations in Massive open Online Courses (MOOCs)' and ' Empowering to Create a Smart Future through E-Governance and Digitalization'. She has been convener of many research conferences. She has also worked as a co-project director of two Minor Research Projects from Mumbai University. She was the Project Director of an ICSSR funded Major Grant Project on ""Issues in Designing & Sustainability of MOOC: Learning Analytical Model"" of Rs.10,00,000/-. She has travelled extensively across the US during her six years stay there.
