Sally M. Walker is the author of many books for young readers, including The 18 Penny Goose and Opossum at Sycamore Road. She corresponded with experts on three continents in her research for Fossil Fish Found Alive, and has brought science to life in more than a dozen books for young readers, including Mary Anning: Fossil Hunter and Rhinos.
