It is easy to find information by using the index and/or table of contents. I love the reference pages in the back of the book. I teach my students to always look things up. By having the info in one place, makes it easy for my students. I like the exercises that force a student to look up formatting. The software is so different, but I was able to locate what I needed to do the work. It is going to be a huge learning curve for faculty and students who are accustomed to using a previous version of Word. I think the amount of functions covered per lesson were appropriate--not too many or too few. We have always used South-Western keyboarding books.
