Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationPatricia Antoniello is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Her recent ethnographic project in India researches community-based primary health care and Village Health Workers at the Comprehensive Rural Health Project in a drought-prone region of India. She is a medical anthropologist who previously conducted research on reproductive rights and women's health in Brooklyn. She also participated on a multisite study of HIV/AIDS in the South Bronx. Professor Antoniello is the Director of the India: Global Health Study Abroad Program.
