Author Information

Edward Mickolus obtained a PhD from Yale University (before they noticed one was missing) and worked for thirty-three years at the Central Intelligence Agency as an analyst, operations specialist, manager, public affairs officer, and recruiter. After his time with the CIA, he worked with federal contracting firms teaching at intelligence and law enforcement agencies. He now lives in northeastern Florida. To create his twenty-seventh book, Food with Thought, Dr. Mickolus bugged his friends and family for more than fifty years to save their fortunes from great meals they ate. (But if you think his compilation of 2,230 fortune cookie aphorisms is impressive, wait until you see his 1,700 fashion-challenged neckties!)
