Palak Patel is a classically trained chef, host, owner of Dash & Chutney restaurant, and two-time winner of Food Network's famed shows Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. A TEDx speaker, Palak has made on-camera appearances on the TODAY show, Epicurious, Food Network Digital, Food52 and Good Day Atlanta, and has been featured in Huffington Post, People, Women's Health, Thrive Global, Epicurious, Bon Appetit, and the Los Angeles Times, among many others.
