Neven Maguire is one of Ireland's most successful young chefs. His delicious recipes, using fresh local ingredients, have already won his restaurant, MacNean House, Blacklion, Co. Cavan numerous awards. Nevan, who lives in Blacklion with his wife, Amelda, also uses his skills to promote healthy, family eating and frequently runs cookery demonstrations where his straightforward style and passion for good food, prove an inspiration to all cooks.
