Food Freedom is probably the best book I have read on food addiction and recovery. Because it deals with the root issues, it facilitates true healing and helps the reader restore a relationship with God and put food in its place. It is very interactive and each chapter is like a counseling session if you do the work and let the questions prompt personal journaling and reflection. -Jen W.
