Gloria Respress-Churchwell is an experienced children's author who specializes in sharing nonfiction stories. After receiving her master's degree from Simmons University in literature and writing for children, she wrote Robert Churchwell, which is part of Churchwell's permanent collection at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. She currently resides with her husband and children in New England. Ron Butler is a Los Angeles based actor who works regularly as a commercial and animation voiceover artist and an audiobook narrator. A member of the Atlantic Theater Company, he has over a hundred film and television credits to his name and won an Independent Filmmaker Project Award for his work in the HBO film Everyday People.
