Overview

This is the third of three books in the Character and Leadership Series. The series should be read in order. The first book, Take the Stairs!, is a step-by-step guide to personal and organizational success, by developing and improving our character. The first book is focused primarily on leading ourselves. The second book, Be a Leader of Character!, which is a step by step guide to developing as a character-based leader and is focused primarily on developing and growing our leadership skills to be able to lead ever larger organizations while maintaining our character and using our character as a leadership tool. This third book, entitled Focus on the Mission!, will integrate the first two books around the importance of mission focus to your success.
