Overview

This book contains graphs showing the flow rate of water in a natural reservoir at four locations, with water depth ranging from approximately 12 cm to 3.7 meters. Measurements were taken at the surface and up to 77 cm depth on a windy day, with waves measuring up to 12 cm from trough to crest. Additional video analyses taken on the same day show the movement of a ping pong ball on the surface of the water. These data from natural waterways can be used for lesson plans by teachers and parents.
