They say that IIMs are a world of its own. When I first walked through the gates of IIM Indore, I saw a sea of black blazers and determined faces. Every CV looked perfect; every LinkedIn profile looked invincible. But as the months turned into semesters, and the semesters into late-night case competitions, I began to see the cracks in the polish. I saw that ambition isn't a single color. For some, it's the golden glow of a dream; for others, it's the bruised purple of a heartbreak or the cold gray of a calculated risk. I wrote this book because the 'MBA journey' is often reduced to a placement report. I wanted to capture the chaos that happens between the interviews-the whispered confessions in the night, the friendships tested by the relative curve, and the love stories that bloom in the most high-pressure environments. These five stories are a tribute to everyone who has ever chased a dream and realized that the chase changes who you are. This is the IIM I know-unfiltered, ambitious, and beautifully chaotic.
