Table of ContentsReviewsThe Best Fitness Book I have read dozens of fitness books, trying to find the one book to pull it all together - this is it. This book does a fantastic job of making fitness training a lifestyle that sticks with you forever and affects all other aspects of one's life. The search is over! - John Reinheimer. Excellent Read On Fitness This book presents the reader with multiple options on jumpstarting, or just starting, their fitness program. The book is easy to read and understand. The principles behind the recommended exercise patterns are explained for the novice to understand and the movement patterns are easy to follow and implement. Very highly recommended for the individual who composes his or her workout without a personal coach. Provides an individual with a variety of easy-to-incorporate fitness variations to change up the workout routine. Five stars. - Neil Harrington. Up To Date Research There's some genuinely useful information in here that is not found in most of the other weight training books you will come across - Marc has done his research and sifted out the worthwhile info from all the competing claims and sometimes misinformation that exists in books and on the internet. I found the sections on negative training and on cold showers particularly interesting. Even the most well-read gym-goer will find something new here and feel encouraged to try out something different. Very highly recommended for the individual who composes his or her workout without a personal coach. Provides an individual with a variety of easy-to-incorporate fitness variations to change up the workout routine. Five stars. - Pepe Kay Fitness Hacking This truly is the cumulative peak of all the fitness information you will ever need. The hacks in the book will resonate for so many people who have struggled with their fitness, either in motivation, application or purely by being confused at the staggering amount of pseudo info floating about out there. I have seen so much contradictory rubbish in a lot of the mainstream publications, which in the past has had me switching from one training ethos to another, let alone the diet aspect. Fitness Hacking has all the info, all you need, in one place. It's a great read, the writing style is easy going, and I can highly recommend this over the usual books featuring bodybuilders programs who clearly have been using things to boost their progress. Really worth investing in this for the sake of your health, happiness and looks. Five stars! - Tarek Halabi. Absolutely Amazing Book I've been training for a year now and have tried all sorts of systems and diets and programmes and shakes but got nowhere. Thanks to Marc, I am now actually enjoying it, with some really useful info and programmes to try out. I've actually introduced some his ideas into my programme and I'm making progress effortlessly in losing the fat and keeping the muscle. - Jayson B Author InformationTab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
