Elizabeth Newton was born and raised in Fulton, New York. She has two children, Bryan and Renee Newton, and a grandson, Kian Michael Bonner. Elizabeth attended G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton and majored in business courses. She also attended online courses for medical billing and coding through Penn Foster School from Scranton, Pennsylvania.
