Reared in Tennessee and educated at Harvard College and the University of Tennessee Law School (where he was Editor-in-Chief of the law review), Sidney Davis spent 43 years as a litigator based in New York City. He handled litigations in 24 states and tried cases in New York, Florida, Texas, California, Alabama, and Washington DC. Known by many of his peers as the father of accounting defence for his extensive work for three major accounting firms, Sidney began writing novels in his eighties in an effort to entertain his wife, as well as keep her mind sharp.
