Climate change is the impending doom which every country of the world is worried about; each year since 1992 there have been international conferences, jamborees, protocols; The UNO through UNFCCC, the World Bank & other Agencies has been spending billions of dollars to stop the change. But there seems to be no dent.We have carried out substantial research in this regard and we believe, we have the knowledge to avert the clamor. We have tried to impress upon national & international authorities engrossed in fighting the change, albeit rather meekly, our capabilities but none has cared to hear the submissions. This book is an attempt to put in public domain the many aspects of knowledge we have been endowed with, so that some in the future, when engulfed in the fire may notice and pursue the knowledge.You will find in this book that Climate Change threats can be easily overcome; fossil fuels can be burnt, combusted freely; there is no need to stop anything we are doing but needs reengineering. But the efforts have to be massive and large scale because the sins of the past have accumulated into huge mass of Carbon and lurking above us to render our waters in the future into Carbonic acids. May this book help all and guide them to correct and better efforts.

"The Author of this book holds the following positions: CEO of the following, Arslan Scientific, Physical & Industrial Research, Arslan Mars-can Machines Limited, Zakath International for Scientific Advancement. He is a post graduate from Bangalore University; author of 2 books, the first is 'Sudoku Visual Graph', the second is ""One India, One Infrastructure', Water, Volume 1. The author was also nominated to the American Chemical Society, twice. He started Research & Development activities during the year 1972. The mission was to find a solution to overcome Water vagaries which inflict humankind remorselessly every year, everywhere in the form of droughts & floods. He succeeded in designing a universal model of engineering for the solution. The model made him go into other fields, namely generation of Electricity, overcome Transport bottlenecks & Pollution conundrums. For the purposes, new processes and methods had to be invented, which he did. The World Bank, during 2011, under one of its schemes called ""Carbon Partnership Facility' agreed to fund his proposal wherein he had undertaken to stop carbon emissions and abate the already accumulated emissions to an extent of 30 billion Tons from India alone, each year for which he had sought Carbon Finance of 150 billion US$ each year for 10 years, subject however to a condition that the Government of India should forward the Project. He intends to write his R & D findings in the form of four books in two series; one would be India series and the other would be World series with titles 'One India, One Infrastructure' and 'One World, One Infrastructure' respectively. The first book 'One India, One Infrastructure' Water, Volume 1 is published. Similar volume in the World Series is under completion. Four books in each series, on four subjects, viz., Water, Transport, Energy and Pollution. This will take time. In the meantime, under increasing Climate Change threats, the World is clamoring for quick and concerted actions. But nations of the world are reluctant. Therefore, this book, to put his findings in this regard into the public domain, so that interested nations may opt for them wherever feasible. This book is therefore is a précis of the four books in each series. This book again is focused on India and its Capital City, Delhi, where he now lives. The methods, processes and theories applied to India and its city are universal in nature and can be applied to every other Country and City."
